Were can i find these seeds? ive been looking for hours.

Yaas, i was about to ask myself! I've searched everywhere including the swamps of the city.

I found them near the lake near the green obelisk. Just go berry picking, literally and you eventually get some near the green obelisk.

I've heard someone found them in sunken forest.

you would think they would explain this in the wiki... but there is nothing on locations

Get a trike and just farm the swamp flowers right at the easy start in the middle of sanctuary. (The lake with the earth hologram). Getting plenty of plant x seeds there.
