Yeah, it's pretty weird how Extinction has every single SE dinos (except for maybe phoenix) and the engram can't be learned. I'm still wondering if there's blueprints or SE items laying around though.

Why? It's designed to be an end game map.

It's the same as other maps.

Don't use Ragnarok as your example, cause that was originally a modded map.

Extinction is meant to be the final ascension, the intention of the game/storyline is to ascend through all maps. They don't need to be learnable on extinction, anyone can get them either from the other maps (official) or mods/unlocking (for unof/sp).

It's a hassle to ask the server owner to download a new mod that gives engrams for everyone on the server when we don't have access to other maps. Can't be helped though.

I agree. It's a little silly - This isn't an 'end game map'. It's a lazy oversight.

It's also a hassle overall just to transfer to the other map, then learn and build the item, then transfer back.

But i have the problem that my learned engramms from SE are gone if i go to Extinction with my char... :/

I agree with that, i usually prefer to be able to play with a fresh new character, so i can experience everything better, i also think they should allow us to at least learn some tekgrams in extinction without having to mod the game to do so (Like the tek replicator, wich is pretty much essential to have acess to some items that are added in this DLC), otherwise you cant really enjoy some of the new items, and while modding/cheating can be a solution, they are pretty cheap, since you dont actually have to do anything to obtain those, i think they should add a way to get some few tekgrams (Like armor, weapons and the replicator) and other maps engrams in extinction, that obviously just my opinion.

Especially as end game, it should have the ability to learn all the engrams that were learned before it. And the fact that all thoe areas are included into this map. PS awesome map. Challenging but very good

anybody know of a mod that unlocks all engrams and allows for the extra lvls requires to unlock all the tek we should have up to this point?

Tek helper unlocks all tek grams. Can’t say about the other. It also makes element craftable.
