Corrupted T Rex, Enraged Corrupted Trex, Corrupted Reaper, Corrupted Wyvern, Corrupted Giga are what I've found em from.

Corrupted paracer and corrupted spino have also dropped them

The orbital supply drops also give them out if you can successfully defend them (Note: This can be very hard to do)

I've been screwing around in my singleplayer to learn everything, and I started a red/purple supply drop (one of the hardest) and it gave me well over 800 pearls. Not sure if that stacks with server rates, however.

Just tame gacha's til you get one that can give you black pearls.

I've had a gacha that can produce black pearls for 2 days now.

I have 4 1/2 stacks of black pearls...
