Running ARK from a network drive. Battleye giving errors.
Now let me start by saying that if I launch the game without battleye, I have zero issue with it launching. But I cant play on official servers that way. I am having 2 separate issues, but I believe they are connected.

1.) When I launch the game with battleye enabled, I get "Insufficient system resources exist to complete the requested service."

2.) When I hit OK, I am greeted with battleye saying

"11:30:29: Starting BattlEye Service...

11:30:33: Launching game...
11:33:07: Note: File blocks can be ignored if they don't cause problems with the game.
11:33:07: [INFO] Blocked loading of file with unsupported UNC network path: "\\192.168.0.100\Old\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\ARK\ShooterGame\Binaries\Win64\ShooterGame.exe".
11:33:07: Failed to launch game."

So is there a way to fix this? Or is battleye screwing me out of playing on official servers and theres nothing that can be done?

I believe when you create mapped network drive it uses your user account which BattleEye might not have access to as its running service as SYSTEM. Try running below from elevated command prompt ( search cmd right click run as admin ) changing necessary section such as V: to your current drive letter and hostname\directory to your network path along with username / password. Basically this creates the same mapped network share for SYSTEM. You might need to restart your pc for it to work.

schtasks /create /tn "my_mount" /tr "net use V: \\hostname\directory password /user:domain\username /persistent:yes" /sc onstart /RU SYSTEM

See below link which is similar to what you need to do.

I did that, and it only works for PUBG for some reason, ARK still refuses to load.

I have never had this problem before, I have only just gotten it after coming back after not playing since October the 8th.

I have noticed it does run sometimes if i run without battle eye. but since i have restarted my PC i have not been able to re-run it.

You can create virtual drive on a network drive, mount it and install ARK there.
Open "disk management" Choose 'Create VHD' in 'Action' menu. Then 'Attach VHD' in a same menu.
