Ark - Steam Remote Play: Can only walk and jump

Hi all,

Recently I tried out the Steam Remote Play feature where you can stream games from one computer to another (or to your phone/tablet). I streamed Ark from my desktop PC to my laptop, and can log into my server, but the only things I can do are walk, jump and look around.

I cannot use tools in my quick access, I cannot access inventory, cannot ride dinos, etc.

Has anyone experienced these issues?

I've never had that issue when I used it, though it may have been just called "in home streaming" at that time; but I do have a similar issue when playing on a friend's server when their own network has increased traffic. (Note: I am not remote playing their machine in that scenario, playing directly on my machine as an Ark client to their Ark server.)
