Report a translation problem
It's normal to see uneven distribution of dinosaurs.
The game can only spawn Dino's in a small radius around the player.
However, the dino cap and upper limit of all Dino's and each species occurs map wide. Even the other side of the island.
So if you as the player manage to spawn in all Dino's up to the cap in one specific region... Then you travel elsewhere... You won't have any room left to spawn more Dino's in the new area.
Fixes:
1. If you insist on staying on single player regular use of console commands to force respawn would be needed.
2. Disabling hibernation may help. Not sure to be honest.
3. Stop using single player. Get Ark server manager and create a private dedicated server instead.
