the humble dodo poops plenty
Do you really need something that poops a whole lot?
Once you have 10-15 dinos you're practically swimming in the stuff.
If you need more you can just forcefeed something a bunch of stimberries to lower its food so it'll eat more.

All animals poop, but as far as I can tell via the Wiki, the only other animal that can output like the phiomia is the Rolerat. So =X

"Hehe, these plebs are expecting me to use actual snow in the snowball fight"
"They'll never see this coming"
...
"Dude wtf is this poop that you're throwing at us"
"Yea seriously what is wrong with you"
And then Poopball Perry was never heard from again.

I use Rex and Dodo for this.

Edit: 3 dodo + my 20 Rex for boss and my 3 dung beetle are overloaded really fast :)

Dodos, Bulbdogs, Moschops and Roll Rats poop frequently.
I just have 5 Phiomia at my farm. Instead of running back and forth to grab dino poop I just have all 5 parked in one spot and force feed them stimberries when I need mass poop for fertilizer in a jiffy. No need to run and collect, or waiting for poop to drop.

Dodo's poop frequently as well but nothing beats a handful of phiomia with stims, lol.

Doedicurus - If it stands close to a rock, tries to autofarm but misses - will burn through a lot food..
