U also wouldn’t really be able to see a dinosaur penis. Like reptiles and birds, dinosaurs had cloacas or “vents” to protect their reproductive organs. It’s not too bad of an idea actually

I remember seeing a texture MOD that added more or less realistic looking cloaca vents to some of the dinos.
But that was like early 2016ish.
I wouldn't have a problem with it, seeing hints of a cloaca on the underside that dino.
Conan Exiles does it too and nobody seems to care/be excited about it that much.
