No wyvern eggs on scorched earth?

On SE, whenever I go to the trench, I find it empty except for the wyverns. Plenty of wyverns, no nests, no eggs. I have tried destroywilddinos, slomo 10101010, and have stayed in the area for around 15 minutes, with nothing except the wyverns. Same thing with ragnarok, no nests, no eggs. I have yet to try the whip trick to test if there is anything hidden under the little spots where the nests spawn. Is this happening for anyone else? I play singleplayer on xbox.

I would sugest asking on the official forum, as that is where the majority of the XBox community is, this is the PC version of Ark is not the same as the XBox version.

Probably for similar reasons why spawns are weird on PC though... Things only spawn near the player. So the eggs are only eligible to spawn whilst you are nearby... doesnt mean they spawn quickly though.

Just keep killing things and stay in the area to see what happens

Ummmm, did you find eggs before and just drop them when you didn't like their levels?
Eggs don't de-spawn and prevent other eggs from spawning. You need to just eat them instead of dropping them.

No, there are zero eggs I have found. I can't even find a nest. Gonna try to wait around a bit more though.

I'm having the same problem on PC and this happened also when I played xbox I even turned off hibernation and nothing I don't know what WildCard did but whatever they did they need to fix it. I don't know what to do this is happening on the crystal isles, ragnarok, and scorched earth on my pc.

Not quite how hibernation works. Best fix is to self host a dedicated server.

I waited around, killed things those eggs didn't spawn. Idk what's wrong with singleplayer but WildCard effed up something...I remember when they did spawn on my xbox after submitting several tickets the eggs were always low level so something has to be wrong with the way they programmed.

SP is truly a hack job where they wedged a server and client into the same package. A whole raft of issues with SP spawning one of the main annoyances.

Spawning just doesn't occur outside of the player radius. And it's slow and a PITA to get rare spawns to occur within the player radius.

If you don't mind adding a mod, use classic fliers. I have never had an issue getting eggs cause they spawn when a new wyvern spawns. Plus its just a great mod all the way around.
