Transfer Single Player Map to Dedicated Server
Does anyone know how to transfer a single-player Scorched Earth map onto a dedicated unofficial server?

I've set up a dedicated server already, and connected via FTP to it, but under the ShooterGame/Saved/SavedArks folder, there does not seem to a folder for Scorched Earth. Simply transferring the files into this folder does not work either.

You can usually define the savegame folder name in the launch string. Google how. Once you have that set up, just place your savegames and your local character profile in that folder. You will need to find your Steam ID and rename the Local.arkprofile to your SteamID.arkprofile if you want to move your character too.

Unrelated, but does that mean Local.arkprofile can be renamed on a single player game to get multiple characters on a single player map?

That's what I used to do. You can just copy and past the Ark file from your single player folder to a dedicated server folder. You can also rename Ark files (ScorchedEarth.ark or whatever) and "wipe" without losing your history.

Thank you very much. I could not find this information elsewhere.
