Can Manas go into Island Boss fights

So I don't have extinction yet but I've heard alot about how powerful the Manas are there. I was wondering if they were able to go into the island boss fights and if they would be any good there. I've yet to do any of the bosses and have only recently started my taming missions to get started so i'm still looking for good strategies.

use an elevator to see how heavy they are cause if they are light enough they can enter the boss fights

edit: hate to tell you this but i looked it up....turns out managarmr's can only enter the manticore's arena and maybe the overseer's too...but yea you can use it against the king titan which is not a good idea
