And for the record, dinos that can't level up speed also can't gain speed levels from the wild, which is actually a good thing as you have lower chance for a wasteful mutation.
Means a lot more dinos worth taming.
You can tho increase speed of land and sea dinos, but only post tame. Any 'points' in speed while its wild, are useless wasted stats (they increase the level of the dino without making it more powerful in any way).
Just like oxygen is useless on sea dinos that do not breath. I would love them to 'remove' all wasted stats, but for now, have to use a mod that does it instead.
