Annoying obelisk beams on Extinction

So I'm trying to build a base on the hill at obelisk park but there are these stupid beams right underneath it going from the ground up to the obelisk and I was wondering if there was a way to turn them off.

To clarify I mean beams of light, like lasers shooting up to the obelisk.

Why would you build underneath an Obelisk though? Build near it, but not under it

Because I don't want to build near the obelisk, I want to be under it.

No, you cannot turn the beam off.

I take it you are playing Single Player, if that is the case, you can build where ever you want but unfortunately its a no for the beam.

No, not a single beam, BEAMS, little shards of green light floating up into the obelisk.

the beams of light you are talking about are apart of the structure itself, the green/blue/red light has a big part to play in the obs design. so there is no options too remove it at all.
