For the PVE Reaper King enthusiasts-
So just wanted to throw this out, some friends and I did an alpha overseer boss fight on official servers with level 260+ reapers, 35k hp 700 melee most of them,

My reaper which didn't get hit by dragonfire only lost 2k hp. with ascendant candy for 15% movement speed we were able to keep up with the overseer while it flew around and we beat the hell out of it in about 12 minutes.

End moral of the story: High hp and damage reapers en masse really do a number on the overseer.
The reason I posted this is a profound lack of data of Reapers against bosses for official servers. They are just as viable of a bossfighter as a rex, possibly more so due to their speed.

I think it's more on the lines that rexes are cheaper and easier to control. It's harder to get a reaper with good stats, especially when they can't breed. And if things go wrong, losing reapers isn't exactly a good feeling.

Probably I wouldn't doubt that, they are a pain, but for the people that have them then think they're only good for yard art, my reaper eats 150 alpha rexes for breakfast (2-3k max damage per fight) does bossfights on the center and took on the overseer today without breaking a sweat, a team of reapers was... entertaining. The people who used good ole fashioned rexes were all gawking and stuff it was great. At the end of the day, mission success.

Trust your reaper, they can do more than you give them credit for.
Just dont fight a wild giga or fire wyvern. I hate % based damage.

Reapers are someone between a steroided rex and a discount giggle. Them being allowed in all boss arenas makes me lean towards steroided rex.

Yep, mine in particualr came from a 125 Extinction Chronicles II event queen for purple and blue colors, +75 gestation levels for a birth level of 200. +66 levels over time from eating alpha rexes for snacks. Birth stats were like 25k hp and 350 melee I believe, wasn't comfortable with that hp so I leveled it to match my Center boss rexes.
