Want to test something at the queen quickly before restarting my Ragnarok single-player game, but don't want to have to go through the tedious process of working my way through those damn caves

I think you HAVE to go through the cave (or at least through the waterfall passage before the actual ice queen lair) to activate the ice queen to spawn.
I don´t have the coordinates (also i don´t know if you would spawn down there in the cave or up on the map?) but why not use some admincommand like "leavemealone", run through the iceworm part of the cave, and when you´r near the queen deaktivate it again?

Edit: Also, what do you want to try on her? We ran this cave dozens of time for loot so feel free to ask ;)

Since you want to "test" something in single player, just ghost there, leavemealone there, creative mode there, or any of about 10 other methods... and write down the map coordinates.
If you need to teleport in farther back up the cave... write down THOSE coordinates too.

If you had thought, and tried, you could be there already.

Leavemealone got me in. What I wanted to test was if the Dino Transport V2 mod would allow me to take dinos into the arena and still have the queen spawn. Was successful, so next time I'm pushing in with my boss squad
