can you move items from any official server inton and out of extinction map

There are city terminals across the map in the sanctuary (the big city in the middle of the map). These terminals are also found in SE biome and winter biome, but the sanctuary is the safest.

yes but i want to bring things in from my base from the theisland map

u cant bring items from another ARK into Extinction, but you can bring stuffs from Extinction to others ARK.

On The Island, go to a beacon and access the inventory
Click on the ARK DATA tab
Transfer any items in your inventory that you want to upload to there
Logout
Now go to Extinction
Find a terminal and access the inventory
Click on the ARK DATA tab
Transfer any items there to your inventory
If you want to transfer dinos then use the CREATURES tab instead
Bear in mind that some things can't be transferred between arks
