GachaClaus?

Anyone else got a christmas Gacha instead of a Raptor? It's on The Island map, too, which makes it really look out of place.

- Raptor Claus
- Flies over any map between 0am and 2am in-game (with event enabled)
- Drops Holiday Gifts
- Gacha Claus
- Spawns where you'd find Parasaurs on all maps
- Has holiday colors and wears a Santa Hat
- Cannot be tamed
- Doesn't like being near other wild dinos
- Accepts Coal
* Gives Holiday Items in return
* Drops Dino Candy
* Feed this to a tamed dino for a strange effect
- Accepts Mistletoe
* Gives Items in return

I have RaptorClaus and got some presents, but I flew around the whole map three times (with awesome spyglass) but no GachaClaus. I also cannot craft any Winter Wonderland items in a cooking pot, nor in the S+ Cooking Pot. Anyone else with this problem? I play Single Player.

Got the Raptor 2. No presents though. At least none I can see at night..

I start flying around just before 00:00 and see RaptorClaus in the distance. It follows a N-S or S-N path (at least the 2 times I saw him), the presents are dropping very slowly and glow from a long distance (like the normal supply drops). The second time he was flying above the edge of the map but still managed to drop 1 present.

If you dont see recipes in the vanilla cooking pot try picking it up (demo gun with S+, builders helmet) or making a new one.

Making a new one I will try. I had a vanilla cooking pot from a drop a while ago, placed that and it didn't work either. But I will craft a new one from scratch and test that, thanks.

Don't know if they've been remove from the pot, but you can get most of those items by feeding gachas. Trees, snowmen, lights, gift boxes, etc.

So does Raptor claus fly over Extinction , seeing as it never gets night on that map. Or do you have to go to snow or desert biome during that time frame to see him ?

It spawns between 00:00:00 and 02:00:00 on the server. The event must be enabled on the server.

you cant craft things in cokking pot... only give it to gacha claus ;)

on EX Raptor Claws started everytime at the snow biome and flew over to the green ark

and there are some gacha claus in the city

you have to but the item IN the inventory!

GachaClaus spawn in parasaur locations, as it says on the patch notes, it seems to be a replacement spawn for them. As such, they aren't goign to spawn for you immediately. If you control the server, you can do a dino-wipe to get the christmas colored dinos, and GachaClaus. If you don't, just go on a parasaur murder spree, they will spawn quite quickly. There are tons of them after a dino wipe.

Gacha cluas don't work on my server. Can't put any charcoal in their inventory. Unless there is another coal in the game I don't know about

I just found out its coal from Raptor claus you give ot Gaucha.
