Why is ARK not on the eShop yet?

Anyone know why ARK still isn't on the eShop? It's supposed to come out tomorrow. Also, does anyone have any info on the DLC's coming to the Switch after release?

Is ark on the Switch a downloadable or a cartridge game?

I've seen it in cartridge form, but don't have any information on whether there even is a digital version, that's why I'm asking around.

I wonder if the Switch can even hold Ark or if the files have been massively compressed and lower rex

The graphics are significantly worse on the switch version, as well as they have different ways to render things. Also I have a 128 gb chip in my switch so it should in theory be able to handle a 100gb dl

wow that audio is extremely bad

graphics look better than i thought they would on the switch but everything about that audio is horrible, it sounds like they compressed it from 44100hz to 11025hz

I hope for those who want it for their Switch that the game is smaller in size because my ARK with all DLCs stands at 201Gb, granted I have 26 mods but still.

still what? It's 210 with mods. If you're going to say it's a massive download size, which it is, then point to how big it is without mods.
