Single Player Issues with Titans not Rendering into view

They're pretty much just invisible. All the titans are. They have solidity if you will. I can fly into them without clipping through thats if i find out where they are but since they're large entities and all. I can still deal damage if I find the hit box. But their body does not manifest. I've tried using different graphic settings from low to epic and it doesn't have any effect. Got anything for me, Developer?

Also I'm not sure what's supposed to happen here but-

1. Defeated [invisible] Gamma Titan, got the cut scene after maybe a minute or so, then credits.
After the credits I was under the assumption that there would be another cutscene with rockwell.

2. Defeated [Invisible] Beta Titan, no cutscene, no credits, there were small element veins, decided to try and pick axe it. Game froze for 4 minutes, checked task manager, showed game stopped responding.

3. loaded up the game all loaded normally, entered extinction, defeated [Invisible Alpha Titan] Still no cutscene, still no credits, or extended cutscene as seen on youtube. Continued to play anyway.

--- Upload Character into terminal [Personally I don't like how the game tries to force me to create a new avatar in extinction map just because I uploaded my previous one into the terminal that new avatar wouldn't have control of my dino's in extinction anyway.

1. Loaded my character that I uploaded from extinction onto the map, The Island. Model in Inventory menu is all black. I assume this has to do with something related to extinctions contents.

Lastly. Tried verifying files. Process completed. Loaded up Ark once more to see if it would fix [Invisible] Titans. It did not. Exited map. Loaded into the Island with Character that was uploaded from Extinction. Opened Inventory. Character model still all black.

Crash after one minute of gameplay on the island. Did Verify File integrity and it worked, but it's the second time that I did that and the option found 2 files that was reacquired. :\ the same ones?

In addition it did not fix the invisible titan bosses.

There's always 2 files, that's normal, ignore it.

Program Files\Steam\steamapps\common\ARK\ShooterGame\Saved\Config\WindowsNoEditor.
Open GameUserSettings.ini and go to [ScalabilityGroups].
Change the "sg.EffectsQuality=" value to "3".

Thank you Rocky, for me, it works doing this, now i can see the king titans and even the colossus from the primal mod, thank you so much for your help <3
