Ice Titan spawn command not working right, Forest Titan does?

I've been messing around with spawndino commands for a while now, just to see what's what. Then I tried to summon the Ice Titan with the spawndino command. Nothing. summon command? Nothing. summontamed however, works, it's just, now it starts at lvl 1500.

Meanwhile, the Forest Titan commands all works flawlessly.

I then went to summon an Ice Titan properly, but the cooldown starts regardless of how the Titans are spawned in, with commands or legitimately. With no way to reset the cooldown using commands or something (thanks, WC) and the spawn not working right, if I want to play around with an Ice Titan I have to stick to Vanilla summoning (waiting) or a lvl 1500.

With how much nerfing and "fixes" WC has been introducing to Ark SE, I'm suprised there exists a player base at all at this point.
