Settings should probably be discussed with your players since they're the ones going to be playing there.
For the 10 maps I run on my server only 4 to 6 max people play, we have 2x XP, 3x Harvest and 8x Tame. The xp could probably be reduced because we tend to max out our levels before we finish a map properly.
I reduced the poop interval to 4 cause otherwise there's crap everywhere and 4 players just don't need that much fert. Breeding timers need to be set to be enjoyable for solo play rather than a week long babysitting job. I use egg hatch 60, baby mature 50, cuddle interval 0.232. That'll get a Rex raised and 100% imprinted in about an hour.
I raise loot drops to 2.5 so we don't have to constantly do loot patrols to eventually find good stuff for endgame. Day time speed is set to 0.5 to make the days twice as long, rather than reducing the length of the night because I just feel kinda wimpy if I remove the danger of darkness so I compromise by lengthening the day for my players, also gives you time to get ♥♥♥♥ done in the light.
We don't use the single player settings cause we don't really need that much of a buff. the boosts you get are pretty big.

no stat multipliers , we found those made it not hard enough when reaching max level / max level dinos .
