Anti-glare command? bloomquality/lightshafts 0 still leave glare

Hey guys, title.

It's really crazy with the glare even if I turn off bloom and lightshafts. Not sure what lightshafts even do, nothing seems to change. But the only command I've found were r.bloomquality 0 and r.lightshafts 0, but while not the entire sky is white now, a great portion of it still is and the reflection of my map still makes it one pile of unreadable white, depending on which direction I face.

Does anyone know any additional fixes I can do?

I don't know if those commands work anymore since they actually added bloom and lightshafts to the graphics settings. If you go to options in game and look in the middle row, at the bottom you'll light shaft and light bloom and uncheck both.

If that doesn't work I'm not sure what else, maybe changing your gamma.
