Press "esc" while in game and look in the box below the option to see if downloads are even enabled at all.
Try loading a singleplayer, and see if you can see stuff in there.
I'm not entirely sure how to sort it otherwhise, but i do believe there is client side file to store tribute data in the save folder, if everything else fails backup that file and remove it to see if that helps ?
Ah right ... maybe i should ask more questions first ^_^
What is it that you are trying to do, upload stuff or download stuff ?
edit: Might want to empty your Inventory, then try to download each Item and purge your Inv afterwards
Put the Mod back on, empty the Inv, remove mod again. But i guess you figured that yourself by now ;-)
This, i removed my previous post since that wasnt very usefull since it turns out to be mod related :)
If everything else fails, it seems people manged to removed bugged stuff from the tribute on singleplayer by removing there "localplayer.arkprofile" file from there saved folder associate with the map your playing on (ARK\ShooterGame\Saved\SavedArksLocal for the island). But that also removed your character so not the best of solutions.
it didn't work
The only thing i could think of is that the data is stored on that maps "localplayer.arkprofile", and not the map your currently on ?
Other then that im fresh out of idea's tbh.
