To get dino stats you open a dino inventory and in the app click the read values from ark window and the app will try to read the values. Then you change to the species you want add, check the values and if they're correct click Extract. All values should become green then you save the dino.
To sort issues you can change if its bred/tamed and taming efficiency range before extract. Ie you know you did tame well tge dino, set the range from 90 to 100. Also app doesn't read the data if you gamma up.
