U cant tame corrupted dinos?

Because reasons.

Follow the logic. You can't tame alphas. Alphas are multiples more powerful than regular dinos. Corrupted are more powerful than regular dinos, therefore.....

The lore behind it is that the corrupt dinos have a hivemind and are to far gone mentally to be tamed. Im sure once the dev kit is updated with extinction assets some one will make a mod were they are tameable.

They have rabies. You can't tame something with rabies.
