Where Do You Craft Lasso?

Hello spent hours searching the ineternet and the discussion area and Youtube and i can find videos on taming a Unicorn and people explain that you need a lasso but i have looked through all my engrams on my person at level 97, checked the smitty, checked the fabricator but can't find where to make the lasso. Can some one explain how to make a lasso?

Hum, the video shows I need to have a lasso to tame a Unicorn, so how will that work if i don't have a tamed Unicorn equipped with a saddle to craft and all the videos show that I have to run up to one, feed it through the passive tame and then lasso it and ride it until it is tammed, I am confussed

You don't need a lasso to tame a horse.
You feed it once, then ride it, and every now and then it'll want food as you ride it, just press e to feed it but only when it says it wants food.

Unicorns are tamed in the same way.

^That, also you don't need a Lasso to tame a Unicorn. Unicorns are tamed just like other Equus, simply sneak up on them with a lot of food in the last slot of your hotbar (preferably Rockarrot) and activate the Unicorn to feed it. Then immediately mount it and make sure you do the input whenever it starts bucking (should be the same key you used to feed it), but make sure you have enough food. Also it should be noted, make sure to bring it somewhere safe to tame it as it will wildly run around once you startle it (it will get startled if you mount it as well). Lastly if you fail to make the input in time it will kick you off, knock you out, and lose taming effectiveness (same will occur if you prematurely dismount it).

Lastly if you are worried, you can practice by taming an Equus before you try to tame a Unicorn.

OK i will try that, strange al the videos I wateched showed them running up to the Unicorn passive feeding it and then lassoing it and riding it, they stated you needed a lasso to tame. I will try your way thanks.
