Any server provider better than survival servers?
Hi I asked some time ago about a good server provider, some people said survival serves were good... which they are not. I really don't recommend it, I even opened a paypal dispute on them to get my money back. Their server are always on maintenance, I mean more than once per week, for hours. That's not acceptable. Their support is terrible, they take hours and hours or even days to answer your ticket.

Is Nitrado any better?

I used both nitrado and g-portal. I thought g-portal was better. Better/faster on support tickets. Faster server boot times.

I used Logic for about six months. I ran into some specific problems with them that caused me to leave and go to Host Havoc, but to be fair, although those problems were definate mistakes and they didn't handle them as well as they should have, overall they were pretty good otherwise and given the choice I'd probably switch back if I could do it without it being a big headache.

I had a good experience with host havoc for a while but them they started to mess stuff. Their support is not good like it was, their server is not good like it was.... so I don't think I am going back to that. What I don't understand is why people said survival servers were good.... why??? O.o

Streamline Servers have never let me down. Still using them.

Vesuvius and what about the support on Streamline? Fast answering?

I went with LogicServers several times during the past two years, for Ark and Conan Exiles. Some of my friends too. I was very satisfied : great hardware, excellent service, guys very easily reachable via Discord or Twitter. The next time I will get a server, it will be again with them, without any doubt.

-All of them.

I've been using arkservers.io over a year now. had 0 downtime other than restarts done by me. There was a week that i experienced strange bits of lag, but other than that, its been really smooth.
max load i've had was maybe 16 players and 10 mods.

I don't know what to say about their customer service because I haven't really had to use it. I did send in a ticket once for a question and i got a response within 24hrs.

I've been using nitrous networks.

I've only ever used 3 hosts before and they are the best and I have had no reason to leave them. I've used Nitrado, survival servers and now Nitrous. Going on...5 months now. Little back end work they gotta do to set it up, such as clustering but otherwise fairly painless.

I think the longest ive ever waited for a reply to a support ticket was 20-30mins.... and thats with my server in L.A. and me in Aus.

Very good support service.

I’ve had good experience with both host havoc and logic.

I will add that i have used HH ... the main problem we had with them was the way they set up their clusters... their clusters share one set of .ini files ... wich means we couldnt have seperate rates for each map in the cluster except via the command line.

At the time this was a major killer for us... so we switched to streamline...

May have changed since then.

ActiveGamingHost has been really good for me, and awesome support. Arkservers.io is also great, however linuux based and longer server start times. But more slots for your buck and speed isnt an issue, except server startups.

Hasn’t changed and not a fan of their cluster system. If one server in the cluster needs to come down, the whole cluster has to come down. Also it takes our servers an inordinately long time to spin back up, like 15 minutes or more.

That cluster situation is a auto no go for me.
