Question for Server Owners - How Often do you restart?

Just as the title said, just wondering how often do you all restart your servers? I'm not in the habit of restarting them for no reason, but I notice over time sometimes they get laggy and a reboot seems to fix it. So I'm thinking of doing a scheduled reboot at night during low volumes, but didn't know how often would be good. So I thought I would ask all of you server owners to find out what you are doing.

I've had daily early morning reboots on my servers and seems to be doing the trick.
Had that recommended to us by the server rental guys back right after launch so we just stuck with it.

With all the updates i have to shut down at least once a week. As for time reset i went almost 2000 days before resetting. This works pretty well for me. Keep it simple right?!

Once a day by the morning. Never resetting maps since 2 years. Just doing in game maintenance because of Bee Hive overspawn.

My admin team informs me they do it every time we take down the servers for a mod update. Given our mod loadout this averages out to about once a week or so.

We restart our servers everytime there is a game or mod update (anywhere from 5 times a day to once a week). We only reset if there is a major problem.
