So if people are activly looting drops on the server you want to transfer from, the wait time should not be that long for a drop to appear in the location your waiting at.
In SP you can just spawn them in where you want them to be, you already know the codes as you stated, should not be to hard to do ;)
Do you have a map with exact supply drop locations?
The wiki sadly is wrong about many spots, displaying them as being in the water but they're actually on land (most notorious is a spot on ragnarock depicting the drop in the middle of a large in-land cove, but it's solid dry land). So I'm having to visit those spots and wait out the drops to confirm if they are or aren't correct. It's driving me bonkers.
Isnt the upload time something like 24h on officials ? Sounds like you have plenty of time to waste to find an wait out a drop when transfering.
On SP just spawn in bird and loot drops in the area, that should speed up the drops instead of waiting them out.
Use foundations to make a measuring tape. Spawn in beacon to each foundation (aberration are fastest..No waiting for them to descend). Determine the distance from water the beacon can be.
Then go back and figure out if this distance is safe to spawn them back into the world.
Once you have a measured distance....Then fly around and look for possible beacons.
Never used the restart command, so im not sure if that works, but reloading the map (exit to main menu and then back to the map) should reshuffle the drops but both would be random.
