Inbreeding
How badly is inbreeding going to affect my dinos? Just starting breeding them atm, so wondering how bad is it really if I have offspring from the same parents breed together? Not really doing a whole lot of breeding, other than Rexes, but I was looking to get a couple good pairs with the stats I want, then breed them together without having to get new parents.

Just so when I want another of that type of dino, I don't have to breed the parents again and hope I get good stats. I can breed the male/female I already have with the stats I want, and it'll guarantee me the stats.

Inbreeding has no negative affect on your dinos.
It works exactly the same as normal breeding.

breeding, inbreeding, it doesn't matter if you just want another of its kind.
people like me that breed for specific stats/mutations just look at stats, the inbreeding part doesn't matter much until you start stat tracking.

Honestly if breeding hasn't changed since I last played, inbreeding is essential for maximising stats

Incest is wincest, in a sense

If you are talking about mutations then you don't need inbreeding. 2 fresh tamed mating can mutate a stat

Yeah. I'm not really concerned with maxing stats, just casual -> semi-casual play on our server. If I can get a Female and a Male with the Health, Stamina, Weight, and Melee I want, I just wanted to make sure it was okay to breed them together since they'd be from the same parents. That way if I ever need another Argent, I can use them. Just wasn't sure if inbreeding like that could cause stats to decrease in some fashion.
