Rail Guns and Rail Gun Bullets in Single player Mode?

Hi,

If I am playing in Single Player Mode, can I get Rail Guns and Rail Gun Bullets? Do I need to load or d/l a specific Mod into the Single Player Menu?

Do you mean the Rail Gun tek engram in Aberration?

If so per the official wiki, you need to unlock it by defeating Rockwell boss. Also per the wiki, it does not fire bullets but instead uses element as ammo.

as stated above it uses Element to fire.
