I think there is the s+ tek mutator that can allow genderless dino to procreate?? Don't hold my words though...

At least, Female Tek-Dinos lay eggs.. (My Para did that once.) But this is a special Tek-Egg. So I suppose, at least Tek-Pairs can procreate.
I didn't make a Kibble of that egg, though, because my game crashed, and the S+ wasn't loaded the next time I played. So all S+-Structures vanished. Almost my entire base and most storages, including the content.

The Tek eggs can be used in place of normal eggs for kibble etc. Tek dinos have new breeding lines, they don't breed with normal dinos. no idea if that can be modded.
