Megalania locations on Center map...

Hello amazing Ark community! I've searched high and low for megalania's on the center map. Most you tube vids are out of date. I saw one saying in the redwood biome at 93.3 68.8. Seems like only a small cave but nothing there. Anyone know where I can find them? Cheers, Wolf.

South jungle cave. Drop down into the entrance at approx 52.6, 67.6 with a parachute. Look up. There should be a bunch looking back at you.

Nope. Do you mean the entrance next to the pond with beaver dams? If so, I go in and not far from the entrance is a slope down. No need for parachute. But it's right at those coords. I don't remember ever seeing Megalaia's on the map. I've searched the cave, especially the ceilings....nothing.

Here's the beaver pond at those coords, there's a hallway like ruin on the left.

A little ways in on the rock face there's a hole you can drop into.

First time I fell in there was by accident, lucky I had a parachute, it's a long enough drop to need one. Looked up to see if I could find a way out and nearly had a heart attack. There were literally dozens of Megalania waiting to drop on me.

There are multiple entrances, it's the cave of the immune iirc

80.3° Lat, 53.5° Long Hunter artifact cave: I've had 3 spawns over many many visits I found the first one after I always heard hissing. Shot an arrow at the ceiling and down one came to get me. Invisable until then. They can be very hard to locate and yet they exist. This is not a cave with an abundance of them and may have none when you go there. The point is they are hard to see, when they glitch to the ceiling.

Thx, Haerkan. Will try that as well. Pretty sure that's the volcano biome? I've been in there many times. never seen one, but I'm guessing I should start shooting at the ceiling :)

@ nec.....The 1st screen shot doesn't quite look like the same entrance. The pond is slighlty further away. I can't get the entrance and the pond in the same shot. The entrance I see has an entrance similar, I slight uphill, then a long slope down. Turn back on myself at the bottom and there's a dead-end and a loot crate. And then the rest of the cave if I go from the bootom of the original slope down, and forward, hasn't shown anything. BUT, I don't have the Tek. Again, not shot anything at the ceiling. I have limited Tek as not killed Beta boss, hence me looking for the Megalania Toxin to kill one and get the engrams.. So no tek helmet to see them. My server settings don't allow admin cheats. (It's my server). Anyway, so I'm not getting the next shot of the hole to parachute. Clearly I need to keep looking!

This video shows the Jungle Cave, the screenshot I just made of all the Megalania on the ceiling is the area Jack passes at about 2:18, the entrance I used to get there is right after it at about 2:24. Standing right underneath that hole I've often seen hoards of them just hanging. Good luck hunting.

Sorry for the delay in replying. Yep, found the entrance and dropped in. not a Meg in sight. I searched the whole cave.
