Which dino collects fiber?

Therizinos can collect a metric ton of fiber. Dire bears are also very good for it, using their swipe attack. If you have access to metal tools, you can also make a sickle to harvest fiber, though I recommend a dino.

Gigantopithicus will also collect Fiber when set to Wander near bushes.

While rinding the gigantopithicus, it will also collect fiber when using the "c" button attack.

If none of the above are avaiable, try taming a Moschops. Set it to wander (with a raptor or two on Neutral following it) in a bushy area and you will have fiber for days.

Ty to all the people who gave very productive answers. This subject was not broached in 2018 thus google was unbeneficial. Like trolls are unbeneficial to the game community. This is a damn lot of good answers here ty all.

A moschops is a great early versatile tame and gets a ton of fiber (and other resources too).

Gigantopithicus and therizino also excel at fiber but are a bit tougher to tame.

Don't feel you need a specific dino to collect fiber... many of them do... and soon enough you'll have chests full of the krap and be throwing it away like candy wrappers.
