Lost survivors

When my survivor moved from the server to another server, the server crashed and my survivors were lost. I searched for the GM on ARK's official website, but I didn't pay any attention to me. What should I do now?

No, they stated several time that they cannot check for lost character, and thus cannot give it back to you. The only thing you can do is send a ticket to recover your tribe before it's too late.

If you phrased your ticket to ask for your character back, you will get nothing. You should file it under tribe and ask if you can get the ownership of your tribe back.
If you were in a tribe where you was not the owner or that you were the only active, which means you can get back in no problem, then you will get no support.
