And its not like a motion blur because it still does it when i stand still, Im not really sure how to describe it.

Have you tried letting GeForce experience set the graphics for you?
Desired Jun 25, 2018 @ 6:14pm
I can try but i have messed with all ingame settings already, like by themselves, I have also Looked into it a bit more and it seems it could be the Foliage moving in the wind and clipping into each other creating the "Static" Effect

It's the resolution setting, the more right it is, the higher resolution it is,

Take a screenshot and upload it to your steam that way we can see what you are talking about. Also, take a screenshot of your in-game settings.

I believe he's referring to his anti-aliasing. While your in-game sliders might be maxed out, your 3D preferences for Nvidia will override it no matter what. Make sure you're not using "application settings" for Ark when it comes to anti-aliasing. Set it to 4x or 8x and see what that does for you.

I have two on my Page, you cant really see it unless your in game and moving, like just the natural bob of your characters head while standing still is enough to blur/static foliage /buildings at about 20 meters

Yeah I have that maxed at 8 also

Is your antisotropic filtering set higher in your Nvidia app as well? Texture resolution, game resolution, and Vsync are probably the only things you should let the game manage by itself - use your nvidia app for everything else when it comes to Ark.
