How do I get my saves over to my dedicated server

This has probably been asked alot, but I can't find my answer in any other post.
I've been playing a bit on non dedicated and I want to port over the save and character data to the new dedicated server I set up using ark server manager.
I've tried to copy the entire 'Saved' folder from C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\ARK\ShooterGame\Saved to the server file folder C:\Users\username\Desktop\ARK server manager software\Servers\Server1\ShooterGame\Saved
(except the config folder because the server manager set that up and i dont want to override the changes)
This seemed to have no impact neither the world or the player data got ported, instead it just used the files from my previous attempt at making a dedicated server, or generated a new one.

Which files should I specificly drop into my dedicated server and do i have to rename them to something?
