cannot access newest explorer notes for extinction

Found the terminal but it's not activating or giving me anything. I got the first three on single player no problem, but going for the second set on official it's just not doing anything. Any one else have this problem?

I have this happen to me sometimes with explorer notes in general.
Try re-logging and see if that helps.

Extinction isn't out yet. You have another 5 months to wait to acess those

Need to get yourself up to date, there's explorer notes put out to preview extinction, little story leadups. Those are the ones some people like myself are having problems with.

Ah okay. Didn't see anything posted about those. Time to go do some more reading.
Maybe the Official Servers haven't been updated for them yet, especially if they are Legacy Servers

They're around, but sometimes when you walk up to them you don't get the note like you're suposed to, doesn't let you interact with it. About to sign back on now and see if that fixes it, will update if it does

Yes restarting the game fixed the note not noticing I was there. Sorry for the long wait on the confirmation.
