Tek Dinos

Is there any difference in taming a Tak dino vs a regular one?
I found a Tek Stego and I'd like to tame it, I wasnt sure if it need extra narcos or any special kind of preparations to do so. Thanks in advance

There's no special preparation needed. Just think of them as their normal variants, they take the same food and use the same taming methods. If they spawned at a higher level, they'll need more tranqs to put them down, but otherwise it's all the same.

They spawn at a higher level so the stat potential is higher. Higher torpor and regen.

I like tek dinos because they can be 180 as opposed to 150. Meaning you can get higher stats more easily. which is great for breeding super dinos.

Its just their high rarity.
