Are you referring to your player's in game stats like health stamina etc or are you referring to stats in terms of game settings?
If just in game stats then as harl said a mindwipe should be sufficient. But why do you feel you need to reset them? What about aberration stuff makes you feel you should?
Are you playing in single player or on a server? If a server is it official or unofficial?
Reason asking is that there are different settings for mindwipes and as well the ease with which you can acquire a mindwipe.
Officials limit 1 mindwipe per level. So once used that's it for that level so use carefully.
Unofficials that use the classic setting or mods that give mindwiping alternatively make this a non issue and usually can be made semi easily.
If you're in single player you can use a spawn command or use the new creative mode to make you a mindwipe without needing to go through the trouble of growing the food etc and crafting.
Also in single player, you can also adjust settings so that you give yourself all the engrams and or points to use for engrams in the thousands above normal etc etc.
More than one path up the mountain so to speak.
Thus why I covered both official and unofficial server considerations in addition to single player.
Use the wiki link the other poster gave you and start working on making yourself a mindwipe potion.
Also to help you with engram point considerations in the future:
1. Collect blueprints. If you have a blueprint for something, you do not necessarily want to have the actual engram. This can save you points. This is especially useful for saddles.
2. Dont take points for things you almost invariably will never need or want to make/use. As a potential example, if you do not have interests in painting or trophy making, then dont learn those engrams related to it. If you know you'll never use certain weapons, or tame certain creatures and need saddles for them, dont learn those engrams. etc etc.
3. Play on unofficial servers where this is not an issue.... either because they give enough points for all engrams or because they auto unlock etc.
