I am on the Ragnarok map and I spawned In a tamed a dragon and all it can do is jump up it can’t fly or walk does anyone know whats wrong

Never tried to spawn in an adult dragon on Rag. If I'd need a dragon relatively fast, I'd do the "semi-official" way:
- turn on "leavemealone", go down to the drake's nests and steal an appropriate egg
- hatch it (if S+ is available, yay for the hatchery)
- claim the baby and "setbabyage 1"
voilà, a complete, adult drake - semi-legit.

It sounds like you're too heavy for it. Are you carrying something heavy/is your inventory full? If you weigh too much it won't be able to walk/fly, but it can take off from the ground.

Both are in the base game, but they are very very different.

Also when your on it, what is the weight stats....Cause if your are carrying too much, it will not move. Check the weight you are carrying compared to the weight of the Wyvern (I am guessing its a wyvern not a dragon)

Cause force taming the dragon....its pointless, its a boss and you can not ride it or do anything with it really and any dino that you force tame, gets removed on server reboot or single player close down.

If you try to forcetame a boss, the game bugs out. Sometimes you can ride it, sometimes you can't. If you can ride it and move it, it won't be able to attack anything. It's kind of pointless, and if you try to kill it, you won't be able to get rid of the body until it decomposes after about 3 hours. If you're trying to use commands and have fun, I would recommend forcetaming a wyvern instead (preferably fire or electric).

Does it kinda look like a chinese dragon? Lots of feathers?

If so, it doesn't fly. It glides. When you jump, you have to hold down the shift button, and it will glide. Its tricky to learn what angles to make the rock drake glide at to keep it in the air for longer. A good way to get up higher so you can glide for longer with the rock drake is to press the right mouse button which will activate its climbing ability. You can then climb up higher onto the walls, and then jump, holding the shift button down. You can then glide.

'C' activates cloak, which will slowly drain stanima. Press 'C' to unactivate it.

NOTE: Your Rock Drake will NOT gain back stanima while climbing is activated, so you will have to press the right mouse button again to deactivate.
