Best, easiest and fastest way to level a Dodo?

So we have an Event soon, all out ♥♥♥♥ Fight :D
Almost got a really good bred Dodo, but I need to level him quite a lot.

How would I go do that? Can't ride it and have a Tribemate turn on the grinder; can't have it kill things...

Put BP in inventory and craft things in the Dodos inventory? Tranq Dinos, almost kill them with pike or other Dino and have the Dodo finish it? Or just carry the Dodo while killing stuff or crafting?

Tranq dinos then pike them to 99 %,then let the dodo kill the spleeping dino. You said it and it is the best option imo XD
