I want to hatch a Rock Drake egg yet I'm on the island. So I'm using about 20 air conditioners and they're on and it still says to hot and on my character it still says like 87(degrees sign) faranheight even when I'm in the middle the temperature isn't changing.

Yes. Use more AC. Eggs receive insulation bonuses as well.

Aircons have a very small range. The greater the distance from the aircon, the less effect it has. You have to really stack them close to get a spot that is good enough for a wyvern or drake egg.

Ignore the temp on your toon, just try to get really high Hypothermic resistance, which means the egg will not be cold.

You want there to be JUST enough room for the egg to fit in between all the aircons in a U shape.

I got 3x3 foundation I set them up with the egg in middle should I make em a bit closer?

Using a false floor can help get them closer. Make a a floor above a block of ACs then make a U shape of ACs around where you will put the egg

No, you need 24 AC for drakes. Build a solid square of them on the (2x2) floor, go up one wall height, place a 2x2 cieling above them with ramps coming down the sides. Turn em on and drop the egg on top of the cielings you placed. Put all this inside your building and you should be good.

ok thx but lol eminence I already had them in a incubator (I using a few mods) and they got down to 1 hatch thing so I dropped em and boom
