How to find fish in The Center?

I want to try and tame an Ichthyornis, but I found out that they only eat fish... My little sister and I have a base by the ocean, so I tried looking there... No luck. Our base coordinates (map) are about 55 lat and 79 lon. I'm not prepared enough to go hunting for the big fish, like megalodons and basilosaurus. Any tips?

i often see that were an spino is tons of fish spawn there on the center maybe if you lure it out of there and go search for that fist fast you can get it

I didn't find a Spino (probably a good thing XD), but I did find a nice supply of fish down in a valley in the center of Tropical Island North. Once I get a flying mount, I know where I'm going. The only cool-ish thing that was down there was an albino/alpha Leedsichthys and one of those dolphin things.
