God Mode

Hey,

So I used God mode "temporarily" in singleplayer but now cannot get out of it. I have so far tried in console:

god/God (not sure if it's caps sensitive but tried all anyway)
cheat god/God
admincheat god/God
fast travel between beds
let my self die and respawn same character and same thing but create new survivor
Leavemealone combo - god, infinitestats, enemyinvisible false (also tried these with cheat/admincheat in front)
setgodmode false/SetGodMode false

Done all these while on a mount also. I am still stuck in God mode. Lat thing is to delete save file and start again.. I would very prefer not to so if anyone has any more ideas for me to try please! <3

If restarting the game didn't get rid of the effect, you can try up- and downloading the character. Transfers are always my last resort for getting rid of pesky admin commands on the server.

Try: cheat setgodmode false

I did try this. I used cheat/admincheat in front of all commands as well as nothing in front. Sadly did not work but thank you

Sorry—somehow missed the last thing in your list. When you use 'cheat god' it usually tells you in the console whether you've just enabled it or disabled it. Do you still get that message?

I got stuck in god mode a bit the other day but reusing the code a few times eventually turned it off.
Make sure to use the same code though not different ones.. that could be why you're having trouble.

No worries. Hmm and no.. but I watched some YT video of someone toggling on/off and they didn't get a message as far as I could see and still worked for them, but maybe they did and I missed it. I will try Housa's suggestion and also reinstalling game. Unlikely it will work but worth a shot!

Always backup your SP saved folder.

Ah ok Teratus I will try that also. I did try just god/God like 5 times in a row each but I will try just one for longer :)

Walk works for me to cancel ghost and god mode

If you use the full screen console (Tap ~ twice) it will tell you on or off.
normaly in single player
by typing in " God " will turn it on
and
Typing in " God " again will turn it off

Hi, yes I tried this and did see it enable/disable but it still did not fix it. I have tried everyone's suggestions here neither have worked. I also deleted data on all maps and started fresh on new map and still had god mode and none of the above worked still. So, fresh reinstall! Thanks everyone who tried!

Try this admincheat GMBuff, and after that do it again....should fix your issue, you will know it worked if your food/water starts to go down.
