Allow Unlimited Respecs

Does this setting actually do what it says? Have this enabled it in SP and have made a mindwipe potion but cannot use it......

If I remember correctly, hitting a level with resets limited adds a flag to your character, and enabling the setting with the flag in place doesn't reset it. Your bets are to either level again and have the setting prevent the flag from then on, or to edit your save file to remove the flag, I think.

That's strange, you should just be able to enable the option for 'unlimited respecs'. I made this video about how to go passed level 100 and I do touch base on the unlimited respec option. I hope this helps you out: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WX-N9XQDhUE&t=2s

Thanks for your replies, I have checked both the game.ini and gameusersettings.ini files and both have the setting set as true so I am lost as to why it wont work.

Will just leave it be i suppose unless someone else comes up with a way to fix it.

I have the same problem with a player who try to respec after used one tonic and now he is stoke with a timer 24h. I Have add bAllowUnlimitedRespecs=true to both .ini files to help him but it still have the timer. He passed a level and still have it.
If someone can help please and tell me the correct setting for bAllowUnlimitedRespecs=true (where to add to be sure) and if it will remove the timer
