Uh that's wrong. They do produce heat. Unless there's a setting I've configured for them to, which I don't think I have done. Cos I use them for the exact thing you said (egg hatching)

Eggs don't incubate faster or slower. They either incubate or they don't. Enough torches incubate an egg excluding those that need cold temps of course
1. You didnt need to necro a 2 year old thread to discuss this.
2. S+ has its own forums on its workshop page. Not everyone on general forums uses the mod thus limiting getting answers(including from those who most familiar with the workings of the mod.
3. S+ just got an update this past week. It is potentially possible that the update reset/changed settings.
4. Game updates in general also can reset player settings.
5. You could be also using (very rare possibility) another mod that is conflicting with S+. Again doubtful. I'm more inclined to this it was point 3.
