[SERVER SETTING] Ark Creature Upload Timer?
Hi there, I have enabled a cluster on my server. However when I upload a dino to a terminal it is downloaded instantly, is there a server setting i can put that will set a timer until the dino is succesfuly uploaded? Im just worried as my server is PVP that people will "combat store" their dinos if they are fighting other players.I have disabled item and character transfers as I only want Dinos to be able to be moved. However I know that with "items" there is a upload timer, is there a option to do this with tames also?

Any help will be great!

Thanks

No, but I mean you have to be next to an obelisk or tek transmitter and vallz deep in a menu to "combat store" a tamem so I wouldn't worry about it to much.

Try messing with these in your gui.

Obviously they are in seconds 😎

TributeItemExpirationSeconds=31536000
TributeDinoExpirationSeconds=31536000
TributeCharacterExpirationSeconds=31536000

Edits how long they store in an obi.

Use at own risk... when timer runs out... poof!

Pretty sure he was asking about a buffer on the upload. Which is always instant. Instead of their hold timer.

Drath is right, i was wondering if there was a upload timer for dinos like there is for items.

Is there no such thing then?

The item upload cooldown was purely a dupe prevention measure. ... so no cooldown on dinos

Im also looking for an answer to this. Looking for the .ini way of adding the upload timer to transfer. Not the Cooldown for items in the upload. In Official PvP players have to have items in thier inventory for 15 minutes before they can transfer. Any change in the Items State Resets this timer and they have to wait for the next interval. I want to add this to My unoffical server at a shorter rate to prevent raids that they can instantly leave with what they raided. I feel 15 minutes is too long though for times when you just want to get off for the night.

Considering this is potentially somewhat on-topic, ill not make a deal out of the necromancy.

That said, re-upload timers and Expiration timers, are for clusters only (acording to my ASM interface).

Is your friend to figure out where to put the lines if you are running a cluster.
