Chemistry bench issues

I'm having an issue with the Chemistry bench, the engram for gasoline wont show up...

I Have gas collector/all electric related objects unlocked
I have fuel in it and its turned on
I have wiring hooked up correctly
I have congealed gas balls and green gems in the chem bench
I have tried S+, auto, and vanilla varieties
I have tried picking up/replacing the chem banch

But the actual engram wont show up... 12 mods are being run:
Resource Stacks
Structures Plus (S+)
AllSkins - Chest
Utilities Plus
Upgrade Station v1.8i
Bitou2k's Kibble: Craft Station
Boosted Fabricator+ [2.0]
Better Beacons 2.0
Unstuck
Death Recovery Mod (v1.10.2)
Loot Picker Upper
Aberration Stack Mod

What could the issue be? I don't see the mods interfering as a possibility.

If you did all that with the Chem bench and the engram isn't showing up in any of them it sounds like it's more an issue with the engram and not the bench. I know it's silly, but engram is learned right? Maybe try to mindwipe and relearn it.

Can be crafted at the Chemistry Bench after learning the "Gas Collector Engram".

And yeah, me and my bud both used mind wipes... There is no engram for gasoline/fuel.

Thats the first thing i unlocked after a mindwipe... Still nothing.

There is no engram for gasoline, much like kibble or various soups. Just put the stuff (oil, hide) in a forge and it crafts if it's running. Chem bench can't make gasoline as far as i know, just the regular and industrial forges.
