Battleye not installing
So, I have a friend who just bought ARK on his NEW PC, and everytime he opens the game the "Install Battleye" page opens and he installs it, after that, he starts the game and asks him the same thing, he tried to do the following:
-Manually downloading Battleye from the internet
-Re-Installing ARK
-Re-Installing Steam
-Verify files integrity
and things like that
Have any of you had this problem before? If yes, please help my friend with this! If not, atleast try guessing something that he hasn't tried doing if you took your time reading this!

Yeah. Tell him to right click ARK, Go to Properties -> Local Files -> Browse Local Files.
From there he wants to go into his ShooterGame folder -> Binaries -> Win64 -> Battleye.

Right click the BELauncher file, open with Notepad, and set the "PrivacyBox" number to 0. Save and close.

In the file it should now show:
[Launcher]
GameID=ark
BasePort=7780
64BitExe=ShooterGame.exe
SilentInstall=0
PrivacyBox=0

This happened to me as well. The way I went around it is I copied my copy of battle eye from another game (Atlas) into the spot where Ark has it. That worked for me after hours of trying fixes from google

@Chewy thanks but he already solved it, he reinstalled the game like 2 more times and somehow it works now
I tried everything: Still ARK starts, loads and then stops. Battleye wants to be installed - but it already installed many times. Whatever I do, same result. PC ist new (i9-9700 - MEDION P87003), Windows 10 - other STEAM-Games work as expected.
